About Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Aligarh ( JSS )

Welcome to Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), Aligarh! We are a non-profit group helping people in Aligarh. Our main goal is to teach new skills and improve knowledge for those who are new to reading and for trainees. This helps them work better and be more productive. We also want to help people learn about society, money, and the environment. We work to help India reach its goals through our different learning and skill programs.

Our Mission

Jan Shikshan Sansthan wants to help people learn and grow. Our main goals are:

To make people better at their jobs and increase their skills, especially for those new to reading or in training.
To give learning help to local groups (like Zilla Saksharata Samities) for job-skill programs for new readers in cities and villages.
To be a main learning center that watches over and helps 10-15 other smaller learning centers.
To hold training classes for important teachers and trainers. This helps them create and run skill programs for new readers.
To offer equal learning chances through an Open Learning System.
To help people understand more about society, money, politics, and the environment.
To support important country goals like being fair to all religions, loving our country, bringing people together, managing population, helping women be equal, and protecting nature.

Vision

We dream of a strong society where everyone can get good education and useful job skills. We especially want to help people who don’t have much or who are first generation learners. This way, they can become independent and help our country grow.
